Established in 2010, Lodge Bank Garage has grown into one of the region’s most trusted automotive workshops, known for honesty, technical expertise, and genuine care for every customer.  As a proud VW Group vehicle specialist, we work extensively on Volkswagen, Audi, SEAT, Skoda, Cupra, MAN, Transporter T5/T6, and their full range of LCVs up to 3.5 tonnes – including hybrid and fully electric models.

Our family-run team combines dealership-level capability with a more personal, transparent experience.  Every technician receives ongoing training, and we invest continuously in top-tier diagnostic and workshop equipment, including ODIS, Autel, Snap-On, BCDS, TopDon, and in-house ADAS calibration – something only a small number of independent garages can offer.

Expertise You Can Trust

We specialise in advanced diagnostics, wet belt replacements, DPF repairs, ECU remapping, engine management, transmission mapping, and mechanical repairs for all VW Group vehicles.  For other makes and models, we provide MOT testing (Class 4 in-house, Class 7 arranged off-site) and all levels of routine servicing.  If an issue is found during an MOT or service, our team can carry out the required repairs with your approval.

Additionally, we are a proud Castrol Service centre, an Avon Tuning Authorised Agent, and DPF Doctor members.

A Modern Workshop Built Around Your Needs

Across three units, we operate nine ramps with lifting capacity up to 5 tonnes, supported by ample customer parking and wheelchair-accessible facilities.  Our welcoming reception and waiting area offer refreshments, complimentary WiFi, and a comfortable place to relax or work.  We also provide a collection and delivery service within five miles, plus four courtesy cars and one courtesy van (subject to availability).
